And the haluski will be delicious with the leftover cabbage. Put the corned beef fat side up in the crock pot then add the seasonings on top. Put the carrots and potatoes all around the meat and on top if you run out of room. Add water until everything is submerged. Cook for 4 hours. Add the cabbage and onion then cook another 2 hours.
