The service is pretty good considering the amount of customers. Very nice Zara store! This location has one of the largest men section I have seen in the province. Their selection is quite interesting as well. Can shop for classic, business or laid back looks at one location. Cons: They could use more cashiers. Wait time can get a little frustrating. WORST customer service ever in north america I returned something and my refund was not processed. I talked to the manager and I called the customer service twice to inquire about the refund.
I went 3 times to the store to get the refund. All what they said to me is this is their policy and they can do nothing. Things are packed very close not enough exposing the things so we can see them. Sometimes I find very beautiful this b. Horrible place, the staff are completely unprofessional, spent their time goofing off and talking to eachother. One of them tried out a pair of underwear in front of the registers with the rest shouting and making noises while ignoring all the customers in the store.
Another didnt know how to check inventory and gave an attitude the entire time. Zara is a great brand but shop elsewhere The quality is very cheap must avoid.. Great store always clean but the cashiers are very slow we can wait for 30mins to pay plus they always talk to eachother about life or personal conversation while we wait like dogs no sense of professionalism. I been there so many times Im not making this review form a single visit. I was extremely disappointed in this stores customer service and exchange policy.
All I wanted to do was exchange sizes for a dress I received as a gift. I had my receipt and the tags were still on the dress and they absolutely refused to make the exchange because I was 3 days past their return policy date 1 month , which is not clearly indicated at the store or on the bill. The way in which the manager dismissed my return was also very haughty and unprofessional with very little thought given to the circumstances. This was a very frustrating experience and will be the last time I set foot in a Zara.
Worse customer service, they never answer, management dont have the right to do anything, the refund and returns policies sucks I am surprised for such a big company who actually knows their brands and they give such service!! I went to return a gift also they refused cause I dont have my bill!!! Stupid its ur brand and still in tag what am I bringing u a winners shirt brand!!
I think its only CanadaI never had this experience with any other store. I got t-shirts on sale coz if it wasnt for the sale, I would have probably never set foot in the store. I cannot find zara clothes somewhere else!!!
Why in others stores I can do it, without any problem?? The people are friendly and cordial. The always Smile at customers and are always willing to assist. The mens section is small and dark, as are the changing rooms, customer service is non-existent. Great product though.
I was at the Zara store on 16 feb The staff seem to forget about their priorities like serve the clients. Really long at the cash register and there was 4 cashiers just roaming around They have a beautiful collection but the store is always such a mess!
Horrible costumer service! It used to be my favorite zara store but after my experience today I will never go back again. The meneger was talking very aggressive and irespectiful.
